Business Development Executive / Account Manager

Full time and Part time (commission only)
OTE £36,000 full time / OTE £18,000 part time

Full training given, experience preferred. You will be working with a dynamic forward-thinking professional and creative team in an excellent environment. Cold canvassing will be required in this position. Must be car owner,  expenses paid.

Description: This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales background in IT or New Media who wishes to succeed in a small but dynamic, growing company. You will be working with a small team of talented and experienced designers and developers in a warm and friendly environment, working under the wing of our New Business Director. This role would ideally suit a smart, literate, well presented and educated graduate with sales experience, preferably with experience in a new media company. If you have a portfolio of past clients that you can tap into or have suitable experience pitching to the Public Sector and Brand Name clients, you will be preferred for this position over others.

Job Role: Selling our company to companies that may require web design, web development, graphic design and other projects. You will be responsible for the development of the sale from start to finish so the ability to develop relationships and account manage is essential. If you can bring in and know how to close the prospects, our high quality work will sell itself - we truly believe we offer high quality work - better than the majority of our competitors.

Part Time Creative Director

£20,000 - £30,000 pro rata depending on experience

Description: This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as a top account manager in a marketing agency with graphic design skills. They aspire to succeed in a dynamic web based company, but only have the hours available for part time work. We want to learn how to be one of the world’s leading design agencies from your experience. You will be working with a small team of talented and experienced designers and web-developers in a friendly and loyal environment, working under the wing of our Managing Director.

Job Role: You will be responsible for Ideas and Concept design including liaising with our designers/developers and clients from procurement to product launch. As customer satisfaction is paramount to our company ethos, you will need to be skilled in creating, managing and maintaining customer relationships. The prime directive of this role is to convert the sales specification to a design concept, allowing our sales team to better communicate our customers’ requirements to our designers & developers. Our Company products and services include web design, web development, smart phone apps, SEO, SMM and other projects. A working knowledge of these aspects is an advantage but not essential for the successful candidate. You will also be well-organised, presentable, courteous, and keen to build the business.
Initially this position is for 4 hours per day, 3 days per week, but may progress to increased hours.
